In 2009, I received my degree in constructional engineering from the faculty of construction of Zielona Gora University. Just after graduation I started working for one of the leading construction companies in the world and quickly became responsible for large-scale projects. 
I am very versed in construction processes of multiple types of buildings from both the general contractor’s and planner’s perspective.
Due to up-to-date trainings, I am able to work with many different current and specialized softwares. I have managed and led the BIM implementation in different companies. In addition to that, I have been developing numerous construction projects, construction documentations and replacement works. The field of construction optimization is my personal passion. 

My last role was head of construction at a general contractor, where I not only implemented BIM but also a controlling and document management system. The maintenance of the in-house IT system has been one of my tasks, too. Between Polish and international clients (mainly German), I acted as communication interface.

Based on my professional experiences and the network I have built within, I decided to open my own planning office in 2019. Since the founding, we are continuously working to solve the technical challenges of manifold client projects. Besides regular operative planning, we are also consulting clients on their projects.
