This Privacy Policy sets out the principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by the Users in connection with their use of KOMA PROJEKT Mateusz Miasojed services through the www.koma-projekt.pl service.
The administrator of personal data contained in the service is KOMA PROJEKT Mateusz Miasojed with its registered office in 65-012 Zielona Góra, ul. Mieczykowa 11 NIP 596-160-40-84 REGON 384-011-807.
Personal data shall be processed on the basis of the consent given by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data.
The Service performs the functions of obtaining information about the Users and their behaviour in the following way:
- through information voluntarily entered in the forms,

The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.
The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a particular form, e.g. to handle the information contact.
The user's personal data will be made available to other recipients of the data, such as, for example, services providing maintenance of the IT system and hosting, e-mail service provider, mailing service provider (newsletter) or payment system, law firm, subcontractors and contractors involved in KOMA PROJECT Mateusz Miasojed, etc.
The user has the right to access, correct, rectify, delete or limit the processing of his/her data, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer the data, the right to demand access to the data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection - if he/she considers that the processing of his/her data is inconsistent with the current legal provisions on data protection. He also has the right to be forgotten if further processing is not provided for by the current legal regulations.
The user also has the right to withdraw his consent at any time if he has provided his personal data on the basis of his consent. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the processing of data, which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
The User's data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling within the meaning of TODO, which means that the Administrator will not make automatic decisions that affect the User's rights and freedoms.
Due to the fact that the Administrator uses external providers of various services, e.g. Facebook, Google, Microsoft, etc., data may be transferred to third countries, e.g. the United States. However, the data will only be transferred to those recipients who have joined the so-called Privacy Shield or those who guarantee adequate protection of personal data through:
- cooperation with those who process personal data in countries for which a European Commission decision has been issued,
- the use of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission,
- application of binding corporate rules approved by the competent supervisory authority.
The Website may contain links to other websites. Such websites operate independently of the Website and are in no way supervised by www.koma-projekt.pl. These websites may have their own privacy policies and regulations, which we recommend you read.
In order to ensure the safety of the User and the transfer of data in connection with the use of the Service, KOMA PROJEKT Mateusz Miasojed takes technical and organisational measures appropriate to the degree of risk to the safety of the services provided, in particular measures to prevent the acquisition and modification of personal data by unauthorised persons.
We reserve the right to change the website's privacy protection policy, which may be affected by the development of Internet technology, possible changes in the law on personal data protection and the development of our website. We will inform about any changes in a visible and understandable way.
